• The company has two verticals or divisions, the first is the Process Equipment Business which manufactures a wide range of process equipment products like Mechanical Screens, Grit Separators, Isolation Gates, Clarifiers etc. for Municipal Water and Waste Water Treatment Facilities, the second division is the DecantechSBR Technology Services Business which provides SBR and other technologies for Water and Waste Water Treatment.

A True Gentlemen and the inspiration for all of us , our founder chairman, Shri. S V Parchure sir has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering Product Design , Deep understanding of application of engineering concepts and has tremendous expertise in engineering innovative and better ideas and solutions for existing and green field engineering concepts. He is generally recognized to be an expert authority in Engineering Consultation by people involved in Engineering Product Design.

Though not involved in the day to day running of the company, he is very actively involved in the research and development work done at Parchure Engineers.

A Second generation entrepreneur groomed under the able guidance of our Chairman Sir he has learned the business in a bottom to top approach since 2010. Having 10 years experience in the business , he has specialized in Business Development , Project Management, Government Project Handling and Liasioning , Project Management Consultancy , Decantech SBR Process Development , Marketing and Management System Design and Implementation at Parchure Engineers.

Responsible for the rapid growth of the company on the solid foundation laid by our Chairman Sir. Manages the entire operation of the company in the capacity of Managing Director.

• We are strengthened by qDesign Team at Pune Office , with use of latest design software for product design and testing.
• We also collaborate with Structural Consultants for STAAD Validation of Structural Designs of Fabricated Products Group.
• Sales Team of 4 at Pune Office & Jejuri Office , is highly aggressive and competitive and always serve our clients with utmost integrity and fervor.
• QC & Production Management Team of 5 Engineers at Manufacturing unit , with team hierarchy in place for hassle free production management.
